Equal pay statement, policy and audits

Description

Our equal pay policy provides information on our commitment to the principles of equal pay and how we will work toward achieving these. Our equal pay audits assist us in meeting the requirements of the Public Sector Equality Duties, and the Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties) (Scotland) Regulations 2012, as well as our equal pay statements.
