Description
The Links Worker Programme is a Scottish Government funded programme, being piloted in deprived areas of Glasgow, which aims to support primary care patients with complex needs to mitigate the impact of the social determinants of health. The University of Glasgow is conducting a three-year, mixed method, independent evaluation of the Links Worker Programme, commissioned by NHS Health Scotland.
