Developing a primary care resource centre

Dunfermline and West Fife Community Health Partnership (CHP) developed a Primary Care Resource Centre (PCRC) at Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline. Active travel - Walk Once a Week (WoW) project

Active travel is part of NHS Health Scotland's physical activity work. This walk to school campaign is intended to promote behaviour change among pupils and families, so that every child who can walk to school does so.

The active travel impact assessment sought to identify areas where there were concerns around knowledge gaps of this outcome which would then assist in the development of options and recommendations for the project.
